LPG to 740

I recently purchased a used lpg system from classicswede on the understanding that he would supply fitting instructions and provide any help needed, however it transpires that he fails to even reply to emails even though he is online here almost daily.

Could anyone supply photographs of their installation please ? any help would be welcome.

Classicswede has been on this site at least twice today and has made no effort to reply, hardly fills any potential new customers with confidence in my view.

It also leaves me with the feeling that what I have been sold is not as it should be, we’ll see.

Mike B any chance of photo’s of your installation please?

Take a look at this thread. I've posted a engine bay photo of a 740 with the same fuel system as yours.

As I told you when I sold you the kit the major componets are the same as what I would use but odd items and the exact install will differ from how I would have done it.

The water connects are complete with 740 hoses so you can remove your originals and fit the ones I sent you. The mixer fits onto the air mass meter and the vapouriser to the inner wing similare to the photo. The wiring is the harder parts but if you tell what colour wires you have I will explain where to connect.

BTW when I am permantly signed into the forum and do not read every thread/post on a daily basis as there is just to much going on.

I still need to get the instructions sorted but the format will not workon my new PC with windows 7.

Hi Mike and thanks for your reply.

Pictures showing location of all items would help enormously, if you could send them to me at yahoo dot com i would be more than grateful.

thanks again.
