Many thanks.

If you are running VM on your Linx Win10 tablet I assume you have the 32GB version. That's one of the prerequisites. You can easily expand the storage using microSD if not, but will have an impact on your system performance.

The key is that you need to change a few install scripts, run the SQL and VIDA installer manually rather than using the auto installer as that will fail straight away.

PM me if you need more detail.

**UPDATE**

Forgot to add, you also need to replace Java with a newer version

The VM is installed on the main drive, the actual VM file though is on a very low profile USB in the side. It's quick enough but would be nice to have it all natively installed.

Do you have any links to the scripts etc or a install guide?

Thanks

I don't have instructions written into a guide and as I am in the middle of renovating my house don't have too much spare time. I will see if I can find the time to put some step-by-step guide for you.

How much for a Vadis/Dice set up ready to go on supplied note book etc, have Vadis set up on my lap top but not sure how to get Dice working, have S90 (20 year old) with non start problems and have left it with my local non dealer to sort.

This may be an answer to our prayer.

In agreement with laybycharlie, stick some prices up so the rest of us can see what to expect to pay

For those that already have a Linx system can you please tell us how to install it on 10?

I'm tired of the VM solution on this little unit and would like natively on Windows 10

Given that he uses his hard earned knowledge to sell these and he's been asked several times already, he's probably keeping his cards close to his chest for good reason.

There are Vida on Windows 10 guides out there so just Google it.

Yep and a lot of the guides on Google are out of date and no longer work.

Sorted now anyway
