Early and late amazon front seat squabs

Lots of various colours, weird and wonderful.

Pick up only Chichester, taking up a lot of room so if not shifted will go to tip

Have you managed to search out the tan covers?....If you have bits and pieces of Amazon including the boot lid, glass, and squabs it may be worth me coming down although it's 130 miles. I need an overdrive prop too as I don't want to cut my standard non overdrive prop about.

regards Andy

Aahh I'm converting to headrest type so not really suitable but thanks for looking.

Some clarification needed here. Squabs = the bit you sit on so not relevant to whether for headrest type seats or not. Tan seats tend to be in later cars and the backs may well have the tubes for the headrests already fitted. There won't be any visible signs, but they can usually be felt through the rear of the seat. If you have the tubes, headrest kits are available in most colours and can be fitted without removing the covers if you are careful. Tubes available too or you can make your own. See Ron's article on the SWEM site.

Yes plain red, but I see you’ve got some thinking about to do now with the headrest gig.

Thanks Derek,
yes I'm aware of the early seat saga and it appears mine do not have the tubes
so I bought a set of "old farm stored" rough seats and intend to rebuild em' and respray them......in fact if I can get away with just rebuilding the backs then fitting them to the original base seats then so be it as Volvo were always reluctant to change designs too much hence much of my attraction to the marque............
