v40 for sale.. make me an offer

i have a v40 1997 1.8 se. with history, full MOT, good bodywork (no RUST).
engine stop on BUt it need a gearbox, would repair it but i have new car now so must sell.

any genuine offer would consider. would break if enough intrest
