Good evening, can anyone reccomend a garage (does'nt have to be a main dealer) that would service my 89 1.7 340GLT and fit a new cambelt. I've just bought it and it does'nt appear to have been serviced since 03 about 12000 miles ago. I have a complete history untill then when it was passed to the first owners grand daughter who does'nt appear to have done anything to it apart from drive it. I live between Shipston on stour and Banbury in Oxfordshire. Stratford and Coventry are also 25 miles or so away. Thank you in advance, Shaun.

Try D&A Autos in Witney (www.da-autos.co.uk). Never used them myself for anything major but have always been helpful in past Volvo life. If it's not too far, Bradfords in Cheltenham (www.gloucester-volvo.co.uk) gets good reviews. Am deliberating betwen the two for my 108k service.
