Alloy wheel/tyre

Due to huge pothole my son is in desperate need of a new standard-size alloy wheel and tyre for his 2006 V70 SE D5 estate. He is based in Littlehampton, West Sussex - anybody nearby who could sell him one that is in usable condition please?
