I read that and appreciate the reasons behind it, but it doesn't solve my problem. Always had great service from Rufe in the past but am very disappointed by the new arrangement which is as useful as a wheel on a walking stick to me. Oh well...

From when I spoke to Simon (some time ago) he was as unhappy as most of us are, but the decision was not his..

No response to my email of the 31st, above. Again, not the the first time I've tried. There are a few awkward bits in the order admittedly, but it's not insubstantial. Either switch it off or operate it.
