37+ k for an xc40. The world's gone mad!

look at the price of Kias and French cars , and most others too ! Dacias have doubled in the last 5 years ..citroen C1 has doubled in the last 8 years or so

Doesn't seem that expensive, especially when my uncle was looking @ a Peugeot crossover thing that was coming in @34k. I know which one I'd be having and it wouldn't be the French rubbish

It is the "packs" on these vehicles which are making them look expensive. I'm pretty sure if you spec'd an A6 up to a similar level that you wouldn't have £8k change... unless they are doing some stunning deals on the outgoing model of course....

Similarly, XC60 to the same specification wouldn't be the same price....

At least they remain good value for your money, don't look like poorly drawn old Kias that will age badly and, most importantly, are not made by a company owned by murky BVI based interests from the Chinese gangster state. Volvo is incidentally nominally run by a Swede who should by rights be serving a custodial sentence, with others, in a Bavarian prison for fraud aka bribery, but for doing a 'bernie'.
