Anyone!?

Its a vacuum valve.

That hose comes directly from the turbo "no. 8 in the pic", so oil precipitating there would mean a failing turbo oil seal, but small amount of oil are considered to be normal, as long as the car's not smoking badly, no loss of power and there's no need to top up between oil changes.
If you would take off that contra-lateral hose making the Y shape then you'll find some oil on its inner walls too.

Thank u Guru!

U see picture no 6, I take pipe off and found oil inside, is that normal?

Guru Mar 27th, 2012 20:56

A little bit of oil is normal, oil fumes condensate on the walls of those hoses. It's as I said, no topping up between changes means it can be tolerated.

If the turbo seal was shot, you'd get an oil puddle under the right front corner of the car. You may check this also by pulling off the right fog light plastic panel, if the turbo oil seal was on it's way out, you will see an oily intercooler outlet.
