If money was no problem, what would you get?

I used to see one, exactly like this, most days back in the early 1980s, on my walk to school.

They still look amazing and so, so distinctive. The engine sound was a deep sonorous rumble. They go for around £100k now-a-days and running costs would be horrific. But if money was no problem....

I love the cars from the 1920's/1930's. Cars like al Capone's Packard Phaeton. So staying true to the brand, a PV659.

I always used to say if I won the big lottery jackpot all I would need would be two Aston Martins (one convertible) and a Range Rover... tho now I am a Volvo man I guess an XC90 might get the nod for the days when rear wheel drive is no fun.

I'd buy my old V70 tdi back then get her fully restored...

If I had to pick only one car, it’d be a Ferrari F355 GTS. Easily one of the most ‘want one’ Ferrari’s out there.

An FC series Mazda RX-7 and a Tesla Model S.

If we're talking Volvos, that weird fastback 263 concept.

model S 100d or polestar 1!

if it were a Volvo the current car but tuned by some nutter with no fear of breaking engines or the electric motor, i'd love to see what it could do without limits

My BMW 323Ci coupe, 1999 in topaz blue, I’d buy that back and restore it totally.

So many good memories in that car and photos taken of our little girl sat in the boot eating a picknic and stood on the driver seat pretending to drive.

Also it was the quickest, most expensive premium car my partner ever drove, before that she was happy with 1998 micras.

So it really opened her eyes to the money pit of cars and how a car makes up a lot of the adventure..... it was cheap, powerful, reliable fun..

Sorry, reminisced a bit much then

Always wanted an e-type Jaguar convertible in red.

It would have to be a Mk1 Mini Cooper S with a Downton engine; the best handling car ever built.
I would also treat myself to a Vincent Black Lightening.
2 vehicles that could have easily been bought for a couple of hundred pounds each back in the early ‘70s, now likely to cost £120,000+ for the pair.
