Might I ask why? I had RoverRon Synergy boxes on both a Rover 75 and a Saab 9-3, with no problems, I have been thinking about one for my D3 c70, but depending on your reply, I may not.........

Thanks

Malcolm

The tuning boxes that plug into the rail sensor corrupt fuel data to improve performance and for me, are not something I would ever fit.
They take your rail pressure beyond the manufacturer's limits for one and that alone is enough reason for me to avoid.
There are several factors that contribute to improving performance safely and sympathetically to the engine and ancillaries so messing with the fuel only isn't a very sophisticated solution.

It's like making a curry "better" by doubling the quantity of just one ingredient.

A well written remap will always be better than a tuning box.

I have a RoverRon Synergy 3 twin channel box for an XC60 for sale. I took it off my car before sale and have since defected to an Audi SQ5 so the box is now surplus to requirements.
I'm away till 24 March but you should find an advert in the For Sale section which gives more info. Russ
