Thanks for your message - unfortunately I have no idea on both counts. It did come with a new oil cooler and looks clean but that's all I can say. The seller mentioned that it was the smoothest shifting auto he had ever had. (it covered a few thousand before being removed).

£100 would take it. I can put it on a pallet if required. I paid considerably more than this but I'll happily let it go for that if it helps a fellow enthusiast.
