Volvo s40 1.6 diesel 2006 fuel filter advice needed
 

hello guys I have purchased a new s40 diesel. it's due a service and been advised to change the fuel filter.

dealer price £60 +

my local autoparts £30

can anyone advise if it's safe just using local autoparts fuel filter or is it recommended dealer part.

any advice would be appreciated

So long as it's a big brand so Mann, Mahle, Bosch and Hengst are all just as good.
