Wiper problem 93 440 1.6 li

Been have I problem with the windscreen wipers and washers, when I push the stawk up the wiper don't move until I hold it up further and also when I pull the washer the wipers don't move any ideas will be much appreciated

Sounds like the switch to me - usually some on eBay...

ive changed the switch and i can hear the relay working but still nothing
