Volvo 244DL
 

Selling my Volvo 244DL, due to having too many cars !
This is a 1980 244DL, 2.1 engine, 4 speed box, MOT'd, 144,000 miles with good service history and all old MOT's and folder full of receipts, original handbooks and two keys, in very good condition with having both sills and spare wheel wells professionally replaced prior to me buying the car, everything is original apart from the round headlight conversion done using all Volvo parts, I have the square lights as well and they will go with the car.
Timing belt has been recently replaced, along with the radiator, and the carburettor has had a major overhaul.

I have been eyeing up this car on Gumtree looks nice, would of liked to of seen the car if I wasn't away until June.
Out interest is the underneath clean was the welding repairs done well?

Hi, car is clean and solid underneath, the sills and rear arches/spare wheel wells were replaced to a very high standard and there is no visible eidence that they have been replaced, the paint match is perfect as well.
The car is still available and the only reason for sale is the fact that I have bought a 240 estate, I also have a C30 so one has got to go !

Volvo 244 still for sale, passed the MOT today and is now MOT'd till 02nd July 2020, price reduced to £2,750 have got to get rid as have four Volvo's taking up space at the door !

Lovely looking car, love the brown.

It's worth putting this on Retro Rides as the early lights has a following with the youth does deserve to be kept as is though

244 now sold, and left Scotland to start a new life in Wales !
