I know this wont help the people that have lost money already but i have made quite a few (practice)of these now and they have come out much better than i expected. can you do direct replacement badges for the grill of an S60..??

Should be able to. I need a replacement grill for mine (pri** in a 4x4). As soon as i find one i will pull mine out and make some to fit.

That Badge look really cool and professional what other badges can you do?

I can make pretty much anything but I need to get hold of a few grills to get the correct sizes.
I will try the breakers in the morning to see if they have any Volvo's in.

Might be worthwhile asking if anyone has the variouse sizes in the general motoring section or maybe the lounge.We have some very knowledgeable members who may not have been following this post.

I know that the single round headlight grille off a '76 (see my avatar) has a 70mm square sided badge. Think the standard UK spec is 63mm square but I could be wrong.
