Morning all,

So picked up my 07 XC70 Thursday night sorry off down the line from another member. Lovely car and had forgot how comfy Volvos were. I have owned a 2000 C70 T5 before and totally regret getting rid of.

So took to on a 220 mile round trip and suprised how decent it actually was on fuel. Only niggle was that the blower stuck on full and was staying on with the ignition off - so had to take out glovebox to unplug and plug in as needed on trip. I have a new control module coming today for it as ready that that's the culprit as can get moisture over time.

My little question is however - that seems to have had a knock on affect on vents now. They are stuck on floor, and although the buttons are lighting and changing to face and windscreen, they are not changing from footwell position.

Is this something like a stuck flap? does anyone have a picture kicking about of the culprit that needs fixing?

My feet a toasty - but my windscreen is hard to see out of on the cold mornings :icon_smile_lachuh::icon_smile_lachuh:

So fitted new controller last night - bit tight on space but done. Good news also is the flaps seem to have sorted themselves out with fan working again? not sure if they work off pressure - but jobs a gooden :music-smiley-005:
