Don't use the W that is what their internal system adds to the volvo part number in a multi franchise company . If they did another make too it would add a different pre-fix to their part numbers .

Big clue, they have only been volvo dealers for 12months so its all stuff for 2017 models

I just came across this thread, coincedentaly I phoned Norman last week as I took my battery off to do the cambelt on my 940 and the radio code wasn't wrote down.

Norman was very polite and friendly and once I had supplied v5 photos sent me the radio code.

Couldn't fault the service at all.
