HU850 and Amplifier for sale.

Hi. I have a fully working Volvo HU850 with onboard 6 CD player for sale.

It was recently removed from my 2007 S60 D5. I can include the amplifier that goes under the drivers seat with it too. It will fit V70's too of course.

I might also be able to get out the cable that connects the HU850 to the amp too although I do have a spare, which I have not tested but should be ok.

This radio and amp "kit" would make a good upgrade from an HU650 to the HU850, although you would need to fit a Centre speaker to get the full HU850 benefit. (£15 on e-bay)

Easy enough to do and I can advise if required? Check under the drivers seat to see if you have an amp fitted already? Also, if you have an HU650 fitted, check under the centre speaker grill to see if the Centre speaker cable/plug is there. It will be stowed into and under dummy plastic speaker surround held in place with 4 x T25 torx screws. Be careful prising the centre speaker grill out. I find lifting the corner of the grill nearest the windscreen on the drivers side 1st and working my way around it seems to work for me. And I have BIG fingers!

These HU850's sell anywhere from £175 upwards just for the Radio, on that "well known auction" site.

So make me an offer I can't refuse before I put it up for auction. I am in Norfolk if you want to pick it up or see it working or just have a chat?

Hi. This should fit XC70's, S60's and V70's of that era.

I have hopefully attached photographs of a HU850 and the Amp.

Note the fitting for the radio. It has the trim (usually silver or walnut) that fits around the radio and climate control unit.

The Amp comes with 2 bolts (in the bag) to fit it to the floor under the drivers seat.
