Using my Mp3 player with HU-605
I would like to connect a Mp3-player to my original stereo, but there is no AUX-in connector, so I was thinking about using the CD-changer input.
That would have been pretty easy to do if I only could change the source to the CD-changer, but that is not possible without actually connecting a real CD-changer. Does anybody know if it's possible to "trick" the head unit that a CD-changer is connected, thus making it possible to choose this as the input source? Any tips appreciated, BR Daniel |

RE: Using my Mp3 player with HU-605
I have an AUX input adaptor for the CD-6 input of a volvo head unit. It's currently attached to my Volvo C70 T5's SC-901 HU and providing an Aux input for my mp3 player.
I'm selling the volvo next week, so any takers? £70 for the adaptor, only 4 weeks old. |
