GPS Symbol? S90 sat nav issues
 

Does/should the GPS symbol (triangle) stay permanently on?

Mine doesn't, it is rarely on, especially when the car is lost. Varying different distances from 1.2 miles to nearly 280 miles out. Road signs incorrect, can't use speed limiter unless I manually set it.

After weeks of it being lost it corrects itself, never for long!

After many sat nav issues and the dealer doing reset/software/Sweden assisting the cars going back to the dealers again this week.

2018 s90 inscription.

Time set to gps, map updated, internet connected.

Really like the car, shame some functions aren't useable from the above issue.

I take it you mean the arrowhead? I have never not seen that on my vehicle.

If you car keeps getting lost I would think something must be loose or broken so I think a trip to the dealers is in order I’m afraid - I doubt it’s software related either!

My arrowhead is usually there but i don't look for it constantly. Mine is rarely lost once every few months and usually only on one screen for few minutes.

Mone reads the speed signs with a camera, it doesn’t get them from the GPS like my SC60 did, as it can read temporary ones.
