PV444 Drivers Handbook.
 

Covers the 444 from 1947 to 1957.
This handbook is still in its original plastic folder.
The front & rear covers are quite badly discolored but all the inner pages are in pretty good condition for the age of the handbook.
I would think it was kept in a car with damp conditions.
Without the plastic cover I would think it would have been destroyed.
