64 plate V40xc fault code help
 

Recently got an engine check light on my car after putting code reader on got a generic code of P04D9 has anyone any idea what this code is for as looked up on wiki and all P04 codes are egr related but non have the D9 ending. Any help is appreciated. TIA

The best thing you can do is spend a small amount of money at a dealer or Volvo Indie getting the codes read with VIDA... you will get far more information and likely a specific explanation that you wont get with any generic gear.
