Hi guys

Had a check engine light on starting last night after a short hop to local shops.

There are no messages on the info screen which supprised me as reading other peoples posts it seems to tell you that you've broken wind.

Is there a lot of minor issues that don't appear on the info screen?

I've had this twice before and always after a very short trip and both times the CEL reset itself after a few driving cycles.

It's almost as if a short journey isn't enough to satisfy some of the sensor readings at the ECU and it flags a minor code.

Thanks Welton, thats what I was thinking as I had the same kind of thing on my Jaguar x type.
