Diagnosing Leak + Power Slip
 

RE: 2013 V60 D4 [163] R-Design

Currently experiencing occasional increase in revs when trying to accelerate but not actually getting faster, feels a bit like a slipping clutch but not sure it is that?

Also have what appears to be a small oil leak behind the starter motor area, seems like splatters / dotting rather than dripping which would suggest higher pressure?

Have the following codes thrown up:

P0049-00 Turbine Overspeed
P0299-00 Turbine Underboost
P046C-85 EGR Sensor 'A' Circuit Range/Performance
P003a-85 Turbocharger Boost Control 'A' Position Exceeded
DPF Soot Level 17G Approx.

Anyone any ideas as to what's causing either issue or if the two are at all related?

the p number codes are not easy to interpret a scan with a top diagnostic would give you a precise location and a possible cause and indicate a possible repair
