Having had a decent look on Vida, I'm of the opinion that no it isn't possible to change your headlights on a V60 using an offline Dice and Vida so what I'm selling will be no good for that particular purpose.

If anyone who has bought from me reads this, please feel free to post up how things worked out for you.

Vida 2014d works on Windows 7 Professional but there are other ways of having Vida for free.

There are 3 buying options.....

Option 1
£85 cash on collection from Crewe in Cheshire or from the 3 x Cheshire M6 service areas (Keele, Sandbach and Knutsford) north or southbound.

Option 2
£95 delivered to mainland UK (Inc. Northern Ireland)
Paid via PayPal friends and family only.

Option 3
Highlands, Islands, Republic of Ireland, Europe and everywhere else is £85 for the Dice/Vida plus you pay the cost of whichever delivery service you choose.
Total paid via PayPal friends and family only.

Hi CheshireD5 (I can't send PMs yet!),

I'm in need of a VIDA / DICE unit ASAP to diagnose an Engine Service message on a 2012 XC90 that I just bought.

I'm in Warrington close to M6 J22.

Do you have any in stock please, and is there somewhere we can meet in person?

Thanks,

Lee

The meeting options are in the first post of this thread although with my shifts and it being half term, I'm unlikely to be free for several days so the posting option is your best bet.
You would still need a suitably specced laptop setup correctly to load Vida so if urgency is key, meeting a local member with Dice and Vida would be better still.

Having said all that, you've just got the car, I assume it's been serviced so check the oil level. It may just need a little draining/sucking out.

Oil is on or slightly above max - seems like that might be the problem.

However the dealer I bought it from has said he'd pay for a diagnosis so I'm going to take it to Hallmark Volvo in Stockport.

I'll probably get back in touch at a later date - it would be handy to have my own VIDA/DICE for any future problems.

Thanks,
Lee

Oil should be 2/3-3/4 max so yes it's overfilled.
Check your seller will also pay for draining.

Hi,
If they are still available and likely to work on a '99 V70 tdi, I'd like one please. I'm unable to PM due to membership status so please let me have payment details, thanks.

I'd need your 17 digit chassis to check.
