V70 2.4 D SE Gamble

2 Attachment(s)
Just over a week ago I was offered a 2007 V70 2.4 D SE.
197,000 miles.
Great interior, body as a dint on drivers door (Moose impact) and some matty paint on offside (Moose lick).
The seller said the gearbox (Auto) was not perfect (all gears work and kickdown works) so he sold it me very cheap.
Took it to my local garage had gearbox oil and filter changed plus gear box flush and engine oil/filter changed.
Came home tonight to find it parked on my drive way, with new M.O.T and the gearbox is sweet.
Cheapest car I have ever purchased. Ideal every day work horse.
I paid £100 for the car.

Seriously though at that price you need to brush up on your haggling techniques.

Lovely car. Did I read that correctly, £100!?

Yes £100, that's why I took the gamble, otherwise it was of to the scrapyard.
