XC60 MK1 D5244T20 O2 sensor problems

I have a 2016 XC60 D5 SE AWD MK1.

I have got a fault trouble code P0137 ( Post cat O2 sensor circuit low voltage bank 1, Sensor 2).

my local garage fitted a new sensor (FUEL PARTS LB2590) after a few days the light is back on with the same code.
They have told me that it now needs to go to a Volvo dealership to be checked out.

The engine runs great and i drove the car to France on holiday without the engine management light coming on once. when i am back using it local the light is back on all the time.

any help would be appreciated
