Identify, please

This window winder was sold to me as fitting my car (1989) but it doesn't, so what's it for?

I don't know about everyone else but I can't see the photo of the winder so I can't try and identify it. Perhaps try again?

Hi,

After some Googling of images, I believe the problem is he sold me a winder for the rear. As I've never seen my rear winders, don't use them and the work perfectly, it explains why I didn't recognise it.
