on turning full lock noise sound like dragging some thing n/s front wheel any ideas please

Is the wheel rubbing the plastic wheel arch liner? I'd have a look at the stops to see if they are worn. Have you put new tyres on? My winter tyres are a tad wider than my summer tyres and will rub slightly on full lock.
