Dipstick part number?
 

Hi all,

So my dipstick broke and so far I'm having zero joy finding a replacement. I'm wondering if the part number's been superseded or if another will do the job?

The part number on mine is 30774666 and it's from a 2009 S40 D5 Geartronic.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

A Volvo dealer? Can not be that dear.

How did it get broken ?? Early red plastic dipsticks used in many older diesel cars used to fail, but I've not heard of a newer Geartronic one failing.

Volvo dealer or Skandix (They stock both Gen Volvo AND own label aftermarket parts).
It's listed by Skandix as a Volvo only part and costs about 25 quid.

I hope the end is not stuck in the box filter!
