Angle gear, AOC and rear diff fluid change
 

Hi,
I have a 2011 D5 2.4 awd. Does anybody know for the angle gear, aoc and rear diff how much mililiters of fluid that i need to extract out after filling it in and before sealing the hole? Many thanks.

Rear differential need to extract 50ml

Haldex / AOC remove 40ml - 35nm bolt torque
Be sure to use the specific Haldex fluid.

Angle / Bevle box extract 100ml ( other people have suggested 50ml )
I have never found a reliable source of information for this particular bevel box.
If you find a good source of info please do post up here.

That sounds a bit less with 50ml or 100ml...

I managed to extract 30ml from each.

The thing about the rear differential is that the oil gets black very quickly. I had to change it almost every year else the axle will start to make weird noise.
