2.0d stalling
 

Hi guys,

I'm new on here so first of all hi.

I've joined as I've just bought an 08 V50 r design.

I bought the car as a non runner with faulty immobiliser, had the car recoded at Volvo, it now starts perfectly!(however the key still dosent work the central locking)

It's just had a new alternator and starter motor, then I put a new battery on just before I took it in to Volvo just to be safe.

The issue that I'm getting now though is when I try to drive forward it's trying to stall all the time while setting off, however it's perfectly fine on reverse.

I'm hoping to get a couple of hours to have a look at it this weekend, but is there anything specific with these cars to look for?

Has this happened to anyone else?

No engine light showing.
