Hello guys, here is for sale my V70R.
Imported from Japan in 2018.
MOT- end of November 2020
Great condition. Underneath is so clean.
Recently cambelt and water pump, engine oil, filters, spark plugs, bevel gear oil, rear diff oil, haldex oil and filter, full gearbox oil flush and refill.
No oil leaks!
Good tires.
Inside really tidy, blue leather interior,( no rips or tears) fully loaded.
Bodywork nice and clean just few marks.
Original car and great investment.
Only selling as need car for towing.

Nice car.

I'm always slightly edgy about imports. How do you know the history of the car before it was imported? Do you get proof of the import and that all taxes have been paid?

IIRC DVLA will not register a car without proof of import declaration and duty payment to HM Revenue & Customs or, alternatively, proof of EU single market status. Also, to avoid a 'Q' registration they need evidence of age of vehicle.

Hi, all paperwork is clear so no worries. ( car was imported by reputable car dealer)There is some servis history from Japan but of course in Japanese. they are really strict about mechanical condition over there, and You can see how good the car is. Compere to UK cars it is in different level. All the best Michal

Owning an import, I would say that if its been in the UK for a couple of years and has had all the belts changed then the risk is fairly minimal. Jap imports are generally well looked after.

Don't crash the price though diddien01... I might sell mine in a year or so :tongwink:

Has that got the 5 speed or 6 speed auto' box ?
