Powered tailgate wind noise / not closing tight enough?
 

I've recently aquired an XC90 (2017) via Volvo Selekt and been trying to identify the source of wind noise.

It appears the powered boot isn't closing tightly enough against the seal.

How is the closing pressure adjusted? Is it something I could do or should I just pass it back to the dealer?
