Hi I’m looking at buying a Volvo v40 se lux nav D3 on a 63 plate with 35k miles anything I should be aware of . Thanks

Yes it’s a bloody good car and like hens teeth with that mileage. I was looking for 2 months and found one with 56k on.

To answer your question more specifically - no major faults, usual premium used car checks (bodywork repairs, tyres, alloys, dealer service history) check also it has a DAB radio if you like that...

Check also if it has a spare wheel or hairspray kit... if you want a spare wheel and it doesn’t have one they are about £50 on eBay but you also need a kit to raise the boot floor - about £100.

If you do get it and it’s not got Volvo dealer history, get a service in at the dealers as (I think) there’s been a few useful software updates in recent years.
