1967 P1800S for Sale - Dublin
 

I bought this car from Tony Barrett in 2003/4 and, until recently it has given me very few problems as I used it as a daily driver. Unfortunately, I’ve never been able to garage it and, with a water leak and related overheating problems, its time to let it go to someone who is better able to look after it than me. As you’ll see from the photos there is rust creeping in in all of the usual places and the body has a dent or two that need attending to. The rear section of the exhaust also came loose recently and needs re fixing or replacement.
I understand from Tony that it was rebuilt and resprayed (in a very fitting Aston Martin silver) in 1996 and since then I have replaced a few bits including parts of the rear bumper, the ignition, brake pads and, most recently, the brake servo. I’ve always been told that it has a good engine and the car has been more than fair to me over the years. I hope it goes to a good home.
