Handbrake gaiter
 

The leather gaiter around my handbrake has never been attached to the console housing and it's now starting to bug me. I think at some point in the past, a previous owner has tried adjusting the handbrake and snapped the top fixing as there doesn't seem to be anything on the top to attach, however there are 3 little lips on the bottom.

Is there a way to fix this so I can fix it permanently back in? I'd have to have to buy a new gaiter

Look for one from the breakers.
