Failed MOT on.....
 

not unsurprisingly the handbrake being poor.

Quite pleased as had no time to attend to the little jobs I knew needed doing due to a DIY loft conversion and a new-born - the wife wouldn't let me strip the brakes as she thought she'd go into labour as soon as the car was up on stands.

I don't understand why I had a ball joint as an advisory on the last 2 MOT's and told the garage it would likely need changing, but it's fine this time - confuddled but not complaining!

It had new shoes and discs a few months ago, so wondering if they aren't bedded in or there's a stuck adjuster - getting the garage to fix it as nowhere inside to look at it :-(
