Acceleration shaky after cold start

Hello,

about my V70, D3, 2016, automatic, VEA engine, 410000 kilometers

Since a couple of weeks the acceleration is kind of shaky - feels like the fuel flow is interrupted for a half of second before acceleration proceeds normal again. It completely dissapears after the engine reached normal temperature.

The garage did change the agr cooler even though they didnt receive any error code from the engine. They also cleaned the Diesel Particulate Filter.

Did anybody experience the same problem? Its kind of annoying right after cold start. Thanks in advance. Greetings from Berlin!

Before you waste money on jobs I would consider going another garage with Volvo specific diagnostic equipment.
Things I would consider would be
1 dirty fuel filter
2 faulty fuel pump
3 faulty injector
3 faulty glow plug if its immediate after starting
4 faulty sensor

If parts are cheap its worth a try but if there getting expensive it may he cheaper to do a diagnostics first with proper equipment and not a cheaper alternative that doesn't pick up everything. My experience is if something is connected to the ecu in some way and faulty it will show on diagnostics.

You could try using an alternative fuel station to see if its a fuel issue.

Hope you get sorted!

Thanks for your reply!

Yesterday I drove for about an hour on the Autobahn after almost a half of year only doing city driving (short distances).

This morning, the first time after a while, I did not experience any shaking at all - the car felt better in general. So maybe it was related to the dpf and since during my little, fast driving trip on the Autobahn all the stuff has been burned out?! Dont know but interesting enough though..

Lets see..
