XC60 DPF Exhaust pressure sensor pipes

I'm after the DPF Pressure sensor pipes for my 2013 XC60 AWD 2.4 Diesel as per the image attached within red rectangle, does anyone know where I can get some?
Apparently my DPF has them but they're welded in place!? and can't be re-used on my new DPF.
