T5 Fuel Pump
 

If anyone is breaking a T5 the 1st gen model, please can you let me know if you have a fuel pump. Am after the harness that holds the fuel pump cell.

What exactly do you mean? I think I have my old pump somewhere but its from AWD and also not fully OK, but was working last time I checked. Which harness do you refer to?

That might be a possibility. With the fuel pump you have the white harness plastic that goes around it with the cell in the middle. With our cars there are 2 different versions and this is where I have ran into problems.

The fuel harness in the newer P1 platforms will have 3 holes at the bottom where as the older one will only have 2. The uprated fuel cell I have is for the older platform and wont fit into my current harness so hoping to get an older one for that fuel cell to be fitted and mapped to the car.

I found pic of my pump that was taken off the car, see attached, not sure if you can see it from there if its the "right" one or not?
I will try to find it this weekend, pretty sure I kept it somewhere (car parts hoarder) and if I find it will shoot more closer pics.

yeh man thats awesome exactly what im after. the issue is inside that, so you will have your oem fuel pump in there and at the bottom it should have 2 pipes / holes into the harness? mine has 3 on the newer platform. I have literally just managed to find a supplier in europe but not 100% if that is the right peice so will defenitly let you know if I need that or not. you couldnt check at all the fuel pump in the harness at all and see how many exits it has on the actual fuel pump cell?

no problem, but I have to locate the unit first (its somewhere between 2 storages, so similar situation to you ). I will try to locate it over weekend and if I do, will take a hi-res photos of it and you can see yourself
