Hi guys, this is my first post having ordered an MY15 D5 SE lux XC70.

I asked the salesman how much VOC subscription was left with a view to purchase the 2 year extension as I believed it to be standard. Surprisingly he told me that it was a cost option and hadn't been fitted to my car.

I've seen somewhere on this site that it is standard. Can anyone shed any light or point me in the right direction please?

If it wasn't fitted at the factory, it cannot be retro-fitted.

I believe so. Disappointing really. Looks like I will need to get a tracker fitted!

Resurrecting a slightly old thread to give a big thumbs up to Volvo On Call.

My V60 was stolen a few weeks ago (house break in, keys taken). I got straight on the phone to the police, fired up the VOC app, and told them exactly where my car had been left.

It was parked up about a mile from my house, and thankfully undamaged. The car was back on my drive within a couple of hours.

To anyone pondering whether it's worth getting or not, I'd say (in my experience at least) that it has been worth every penny.

hopefully you realise the other functions , it can well save your life if you end upside down in a ditch unconscious ..
