Phone app access
 

Probably an obvious answer to this; but I can't control my connected phone in my V90 through the steering wheel right side controls. In fact, when I tab across the apps headings (trip, media, phone, navigation) the phone heading is greyed out, and it skips straight past it. Any thoughts please?

You've posted this in the 'sales' section, you may get a better response in the 'general' section.

However, just a thought, are you positive that your phone is connected to the car?, I once had this problem when my phone's bluetooth had somehow switched itself off. Have you got the bluetooth symbol and network strength indicator at the top of your sensus screen?
