as I read your post that FRF is providing parts, would you be able to give me a quote for a replacement driver's seat panel trim for a 2010 XC90 Executive model with ventilated and massaging seats ? Needs to be black.

I've found emailing is best lately as they are very busy

I managed to get straight through to FRF parts dept by phone at just after 9am this yesterday (Monday 26/09/22).

Does anyone have an e-mail address for parts please ? I've tried calling this morning but there is no answer. No worries, have got through and placed order now. Snowed under apparently and I can understand why, they offer good discounts and knowledgeable staff too :)

Following the recommendations in this thread, I've just ordered from FRF. Chris was great, very helpful. I will never need to use my local franchise (Vertu) ever again now I've found these guys.

A big thank you to Chris Harris and FRF. I was given a £300 voucher by Volvo UK I however use GB Autos North Cheam and can really recommend them. Glen could not use my voucher with main dealer for spares and they would not give me trade for parts Glen required .So phoned Chris who gave me discounts on all parts required and went the extra mile regarding the voucher(all had to be spent at one time).So used up all the credit and just had to pay £10 postage. Top company ,Top man.
