Locating an Engine crossmember
 

Hi folks.

As part of my 240 restoration I've stripped down the front end and unfortunately the front subframe / engine crossmember is a bit crispy.

These appear to be no longer available and scrappers seem to have ones in similar or worse condition.

I wonder if anyone on this group can help out, in terms of locating one or pointing me in the right direction?

I suggest you start a thread in the 200 Series Wants section of the forum. I think there is a good chance one or more members might be able to supply a sound crossmember.
