AFAIK you need:

Windows 7 pro, IE9 only, (you can uninstall newer), 3GB+ RAM, 40GB HDD free and formatted in NTFS not FAT32

Checked system requirements, got everything needed except IE9 my Windows laptop has IE11 but going to get this sorted. Yes I have PayPal. Should I give you my email address?

Thanks for that. I'll let you know how I get on with the IE9. When I uninstall IE11 my laptop goes back to IE8 so I hope I can upgrade from IE8 to IE9. We will see.
