Guide pin
 

Anyone know when I can get the guide pins for my rear discs ?

Looked online but they seem to be from Holland with £15.00 postage :shocked:

And a couple of spare wheel nuts would be good as one of my nuts is rounded:shocked::shocked:

Does anyone know if they are the same for steel wheels and the alloys? Mine are for steel wheels which usually are a different seat, they aren't chrome either and have a hole all the way through unlike the alloy ones on my 940.

They'll work, but he might not want to touch your nuts if they don't match his own nuts..:rolleyes:

My nuts are covered by the round panel ( Adhara ) so as long as they fit it will be fine.

The guide pins are only there to ensure the wheel goes back onto the same bolt holes. This was brought in to help resolve wheel balance; an issue with some Volvos. If you loose, break or damage a pin then a dab of paint on the wheel bolt hole next to the guide pin hole and a similar mark on the hub will ensure it is properly located. Any bolt with the correct thread and filed down and screwed in will do the same thing.
