M90 gearbox

As title states, after an M90 gearbox to fit 1997 2.3 940. M90L or M90L2 would be most desirable as I believe these were the latest and best gearboxes to use?

What's the going rate for these? I have a 940 with one fitted that might be getting a Diesel conversion.
