Winter tyres fitted yet?

I'm wondering when It would be best to fit my winter tyres on my 940 auto. Thinking, is it a bit mild atm in the Midlands as seems to fluctuate between cold and double digits.

I bought goodyear ultra grip 9's last year and had a slight covering to try them out and they were very good.

Has anyone else fitted their winter tyres?

Haven’t noticed much difference but certainly a worthwhile thing to do now temps are consistently under 10 degrees at home.

I am running Pirelli all seasons on the Volvo year round and BF Goodrich M&S on the landrover year round, saves the faf of changing.

The weekend before last.

Not yet, I reckon Doncaster may see them going on in December some time. My mid winter trips to the peaks and lakes have been curtailed somewhat by the young family so I'm now limited to cruising around the badlands east of Donny. I also prefer how the summer tyres drive most of the time.
I hope I get my monies worth from them before I see this car off!

They’ll be going on before the month is out.
My wife is trying Michelin CrossClimates on her Polo. They’ve been fine through the summer. I’ll be interested to see how they work out if we get a snowy winter.
